Who we are

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Radiant Lab Enterprise is a company registered in Brunei Darussalam. This notice explains the personal data we collect through radiant-lab.com, why we use it, and who receives it.

Data protection contact

Radiant Lab Enterprise, Brunei Darussalam. Telephone: +673 814 3660. Email: hifzhan.hijazi@radiant-lab.com.

Use these details to ask what we hold about you, to ask for a correction, or to withdraw consent. We can answer during Brunei business hours.

What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, company, budget, the package you ask about, and your message.

A discovery-call request also collects the date and time you choose.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the details you choose to send in that conversation.

We collect this from you. We do not buy personal data from other organisations. The email field in the footer of this site does not send your address to us.

Why we use it

We use it to reply, to arrange a call, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.

We use it to keep a record of the enquiry and of any project that follows from it.

We do not use a Brunei telephone number to send you marketing messages unless you have clearly agreed to that.

Who receives it

The enquiry is emailed to the studio and stored in the administration area of this website.

Brevo delivers those emails. Neon stores the enquiry in the United States. Vercel hosts the site and processes the request so it can be delivered. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta handles that conversation under its own terms.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply, to schedule a call, and to keep a record of a project we then do together. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and for a note of how we have used or disclosed it in the year before your request.

You may ask us to correct it. If we do not make a correction you ask for, we will keep a note of the correction you requested.

You may withdraw consent by emailing the address above. We will tell you what that means for an enquiry or a project already underway. We will then stop using the data for that purpose unless the law still requires us to keep it.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI), which administers the Personal Data Protection Order, 2025.
