These terms apply when you use radiant-lab.com. If you do not agree, do not use the site. They govern use of the website. They are not the contract for a design or development project.
The site
The site describes Radiant Lab Enterprise, a design and development studio based in Brunei Darussalam. You may read the pages, send a message, and request a discovery call.
An enquiry, or a time you request, is not an agreement that we will do the work. Work starts only when both sides agree the scope, price, and timing in writing.
Your messages
You agree that the name, email, and project details you send are accurate, and that you have the right to send them. Do not send anything unlawful, or anything you are not allowed to share.
Our material
The words, mark, layout, and other material on this site belong to Radiant Lab Enterprise unless a page says otherwise. You may link to a public page. You may not copy the site, scrape it to build a competing service, or present it as your own.
Calls
A time you select is a request. We hold it only after we confirm it by email. If you need to move it, reply to that email.
Other services
Links to WhatsApp and other services leave this site. Those services are not operated by us. Their terms apply once you leave.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Descriptions of work and packages are general. They are not a promise that a business will get a particular result.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from your use of the information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law of Brunei Darussalam does not allow us to exclude.
A project that goes ahead is governed by the written agreement for that project, not by this page.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the current version. If you keep using the site after we post a new version, the new version applies to that later use.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Brunei Darussalam. The courts of Brunei Darussalam may hear a dispute about the use of this site.

The headings follow the website terms of use published by Cooley LLP on Cooley GO for a simple information site, rewritten for a Brunei studio that takes enquiries. Cooley states that its generator is a sample and is not legal advice. This page is not a Cooley document and has not been certified by that firm.
